How to set it up
PalmPay is app-first. Download the app from PalmPay's official website, register your phone number, complete the identity requirements and create a private security PIN.

Emergency action
PalmPay does not publish a general Nigerian retail USSD banking menu on its official site. For a lost phone or suspicious transaction, use in-app reporting or call the current customer-service number on PalmPay's official contact page.
Fees: USSD session, transfer, bill and statutory charges can change. Read the full confirmation screen before entering your PIN; cancel if the amount or fee is not what you expected.
