How to set it up
Kuda is app-first and does not publish a general retail-banking USSD menu. Install the official app from Kuda's website, register, complete the requested identity checks and create separate sign-in and transaction PINs.

Emergency action
Open Kuda, tap Cards, choose Block Card and switch it on. If the app is unavailable, use the current phone or email on Kuda's official help centre immediately; do not post transaction details publicly.
Fees: USSD session, transfer, bill and statutory charges can change. Read the full confirmation screen before entering your PIN; cancel if the amount or fee is not what you expected.
Limits: Limits depend on the account tier, identity verification, channel and the provider's current rules. Check the live limit in the app or official menu before a large transaction.
